What is your Returns Policy?

Returns Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Custom shop builds cannot be returned. Please get in touch with us at service@obsidianwire.com before you make your purchase if you are at all unsure, so that we can make sure you are getting the right build for you.

We also cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale items or B-Stock
  • Gift cards
  • Tonerider Pickups


How does a return work?

Customers in the U.S:

You can request a return by logging in to your customer account, or by contacting us directly. Returns incur a 10% restocking fee, and a FedEx return shipping label will be generated for you for $9.99.  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Customers outside the U.S:

You can request a return by logging in to your customer account, or by contacting us directly. Returns incur a 10% restocking fee, and you will need to organise your own shipping to us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can help you with this as soon as possible. 


Exchanges

We want you to get the right product, first time, so please do check the product information thoroughly before you buy. That said, you may exchange one product for another similar product, once only. A FedEx return shipping label will be generated for you for $9.99, and you will also need to cover any difference in price.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
